We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if the products you ordered do not meet your requirements, you can return them within 14 days from delivery. If you live in a country where it might take long to receive your order, we will review your case accordingly.
How to return a product?
Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
– Subject: RETURN #Ordernumber
– Order number and/or receipt.
– Product/s you wish to return.
– Reason why you wish to return the item/s.
– If the products were defective when received, please include pictures.
Returned products policy
Products have to be retuned with the original labels and packaging.
It will not be possible to return products that have been used, damaged and/or washed.
Processing and payment
We strive to process and reimburse as soon as possible (7-14 working days) via your original method of payment. However, in some cases processing your return can take up to 30 days. Please note that some banks may take slightly longer to process your refund.
The cost of returns is 4,50€ that will be withheld from your refund, we will bear the rest of the cost (EU only).
If your product was originally defective, we will bear the full cost of returning it.
If you live outside of the EU, we will review your case individually.
