We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

We will be happy to refund or replace all the products returned to us within 14 days from your receipt. Products need to be sealed, unused and with the original packaging. We regret that we cannot reimburse postage costs for items returned from outside the European Union.

Personalized items

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to reimburse the return postage on personalised items unless we have sent you the wrong product or the product is defective. Please note that any import duty and local taxes that you may have had to pay will not be refunded.

Processing your return can take up to 30 days. We aim to reimburse you as quickly as possible via your original method of payment. Please note that some banks may take slightly longer to process your refund.
